Today, John Ash & Co. remains an icon for a romantic, fine dining restaurant with Executive Chef Thomas Schmidtcontinuing the standards of cooking excellence enjoyed by locals and guests alike. Chef Toms extensive wine knowledge provides the perfect foundation for creating innovative recipes that complement the restaurants extensive, award-winning wine list.

And because Chef Tom and his staff believe in making exceptional food and wine fun and approachable, even those who are new to choosing wines will feel right at home. Join us for dinner nightly at our Santa Rosa restaurant and experience wine country dining at its best.

Dress Code for John Ash & Co. Dining Room

In consideration and as a courtesy to our guests celebrating a special occasion, we request the following attire in our dining room:

Business Casual Attire
Jackets and collared shirts are welcomed for gentlemen
No hats, Flip-flops, t-shirts, sweat shirts or sweat pants allowed
Tanks, ripped jeans and hot shorts are not allowed
Should you desire a more casual atmosphere, please join us in our Front Room Bar and Lounge where we offer an extensive bar menu as well as the full dining menu.

We are a pet-free property. Pets are not allowed at Vintners Resort, with the exception of certified service animals. Thank you for respecting our pet policy.
