The Fox Hotel is an old converted pub in Collingwood. It presents a decidedly modern take on its food, beer and wine, while at the same time maintaining its old school charms.
This cunningly versatile pub turned modern eatery has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The comprehensive food menu includes its now famous Vegetarian Burrito, roasted Pork Belly plus the Moreton Bay Bug Pie €“ with vegetarians, vegans and those with food allergies never overlooked.
Monday is $16 Steak Night, Tuesday is $16 Parmy Night, Wednesdays $16 Burger Night gets you over humpday and DJs add elation Friday and Saturday evenings. Sundays are popular for the $25 two course roast and $15 jugs of Brunswick Bitter.
Beer is revered with 100 different varieties chilled in the fridge, as well as rotating taps that showcase top local and intermational microbrews €“ from which $7 pints are poured between 3-6pm weekdays.
