The Irish pub Namche is located at Namche Bazar (the gateway to Mt. Everest) withing walking distance of the towns business district. This pub probably is the most remotest and the highest Irish pub in the world. This is one of the most outstanding places for a pub in Namche Bazar as it is strategically located to attract the foreigners as well as the locals at their rest days and after quitting times. The current facilities, including one large bar and fireplace and plenty of rooms for table soccer, pool table and wide screen television with both national and international channels make this an excellent attraction.
