Carlos, a chef by profession and a lover of the culinary arts, has been at the fires since he was 16, started his culinary life in Verona – Italy in the family business, continued in his hometown – Caracas – with two restaurants, later returns to Torino and open a pizzeria but the American kitchen “Soul Food” fills his heart and after many trips and experiences in New York, he resides in Barcelona where he decides to establish himself with Bar Centro.
