Ideal Cocktail Bar

If there is a place in Barcelona where the cocktail is clear protagonist this is, without doubt, Ideal Cocktail Bar. It was in 1931 when Antonio Gotarda, grandfather of the current owner, José María Gotarda, founded the Ideal cocktail bar, in the image and likeness of the best bars that already existed in other cities of Europe, but that in Barcelona were a novelty. Since its inception, has led the world of cocktails and good drinking, it has always gone a little further than its competitors. "We bring the newest in the world of cocktails", explains José María.

To this day, its structure and decoration have been preserved, very much in the English style, with wood as an essential element, the seats upholstered in red, as well as the paintings that adorn the walls, created by renowned artists. Two things define this cocktail bar: the customer service and its cocktail menu.
