Adelaide is loved for the amazing bar scene, wineries, history, and convenience of getting around the city. Another thing that Adelaide offers is endless parks which are great when owning a dog. Sometimes owning a dog means you have to miss out on certain things like going to a pub. Not in Adelaide. There are plenty of venues that are animal-friendly. Please find a list of our favorite dog-friendly bars and pubs in Adelaide.

1. The Havelock

The Havelock hotel located on prominent Hutt street is a great spot to spend your afternoon or night. And yes, you guessed it-they are animal friendly. A huge outdoor area is a perfect place to catch up for dinner and bring your dog.

Little Bang Brewery is a cozy brewery just a couple of minutes from Adelaide CBD. They offer a wide range of beers, wines & gins. The outside area is animal-friendly and great if you want to enjoy lunch and sunshine with your puppy.

3. Duke of Brunswick

Duke of Brunswick is known for being a fully gluten-free pub. It is also known for being dog-friendly. Great outdoor area is the perfect spot to enjoy a gluten-free meal and fresh air with your pet.

Malt Shovel taphouse offers amazing views of River Torrens and Adelaide Oval. It’s a great spot to spend your Sunday afternoon, and the best part is- you can bring your pup.

The Local wine Co is offers a wide range of Australian and International wines, artisan nibbles, and live music. It’s a great place for a glass of wine and time with you pet.

6. Bridgewater Inn

Everyone should visit Bridgewater Inn at least once. It has a cute, fairytale-like atmosphere, great beer garden, and amazing location. Even better- you can bring your dog and enjoy it all together. It’s a perfect spot for a weekend lunch.
