The crazy idea of opening The Milbri came about whilst the two Chriss (Miller & Fabri) were on a well earned break between lunch and dinner service at an eatery on the Mornington Peninsula. The name as you may have noticed is an amalgamation of their last names€¦ to keep it easy.
The idea would encompass a 7 – day brunch, lunch and dinner venue with an emphasis on fresh, local & seasonal ingredients. This produce would be the backbone in offering their Latin inspired menu, which came about after Fabris extensive travels through South America.
Drinks, drinks and more drinks were a must! A big long bar full of spirits & liquors on the shelf and a wine wall encompassing Latin & local wine was inevitable.
Brunch & coffee had to be great and sticking with our local theme we found a great roaster in Little Rebel (Dromana) who we worked with to create the award winning €˜Milbri Blend
We are open every day from 7am €“ late (licensed until 1am) except Christmas and Boxing Day.
We do take bookings however we do have to remain strict with our times.
Walk ins are always recommended.
