Established in 2013, The Hollow Bar + Kitchen is a lauded and unique downtown Albany business. The Hollow is the only establishment in the Capital Region that is a 4-star restaurant, led by 2016 Albany Chefs Food & Wine Festival Rising Star Chef Winner, Anna Weisheit, a notable craft beer bar and an awarded live music venue all-in-one!
Our Special Events team is adept at executing business luncheons, dinner parties, cocktail parties, birthday parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, reunions and fundraisers with fine attention to detail. In the warmer months, we open our sidewalk cafe, a favorite to dine al fresco or meet for cocktails.
The Hollow is located in the heart of downtown Albany, in the historic Brewster Building at 79 N Pearl St, next door to Capital Repertory Theatre. Within walking distance is the Palace Theatre, Times Union Center, Hilton Albany, Hampton Inn & Suites and other downtown Albany restaurants and bars.
