For this Christmas holiday celebrate with a flavorful feast at The Buffet at Hyatt on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Enjoy kiawe smoked salt crusted slow roast prime rib, roasted free range turkey, bone-in honey mustard glazed ham, roasted cornish game hen, roast leg of lamb, plus seafood stations for oysters, shrimp and our popular chilled king crab legs, snow crab legs and lobster claws just to name a few. Plan ahead for buffet dinner reservations. Dinner hours from 4:30PM – 9:30PM on December 24, and 2:30PM – 9:30PM on December 25th. Adult $89 with child for only $33 (5 & under eats free).
Skip the cooking and pickup an already made Christmas Feast To Go meal. Choose from three different main entree items, which include rosemary-garlic butter rubbed turkey, roasted spiral sliced maple glazed bone-in ham or certified angus beef ribeye roast.
