Sub Rosa is a hidden gem among the urine soaked alleyways that run like capillaries off of Pla§a Reial.
Daquiris seem to be their specialty with many different flavors; strawberry, cherry, kiwi etc. My favorite is cherry which is evident by my purple lips after 5 or 6 of them¢‚¬¦ They usually have an array of cocktails on special for 3¢€š¬ and going up to ¢€š¬6 when happy hour is over.
The decor is a wonderful mix of kitsch paintings and rose colored vintage lamps draped with scarves giving the place a very homey feel like you are having a drink at your dear old grandmas house (but with clientele a bit more around your age bracket).
This isn’t the place to go with a big group of rowdy friends (because it’s a tiny, one room establishment), but perhaps more suited to a date night or a few quite ones with a couple of friends.
The staff are utlra friendly and you can meet locals, which is a breath of fresh air after some of the other clubs which are saturated in tourists.
