The Caribbean Club was established in 1938 by auto parts and real estate promoter Carl Graham Fisher as a modest man’s fishing club. In 1947, the Caribbean Club became famous as the filming location for the famous movie Key Largo.
Locally owned and operated by the Whitehurst family since 1963, the Caribbean Club is one of the last relics of Old Key Largo. We are proud to be the longest running bar in the Upper Keys.
The Caribbean Club boasts live music Thursday through Sunday nights, week day happy hours, and a dog friendly atmosphere.
Both locals and tourists are at home in this watering hole filled with memorabilia from the Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall classic Key Largo. The Caribbean Club was also featured in all three seasons of Netflixs Emmy award winning show Bloodline.
Come by car, boat or bike and enjoy stiff drinks, live music, and beautiful sunsets.
Happy Hour is Monday through Friday: 4-6pm! Can Domestic Beer is $2.50 and Well Drinks are $3.50!
The Caribbean Club is cash only. We do have an ATM available on site.
