Truly unique beers

Shapeshifter Brewing Co is an independent craft brewery that launched in 2018. Shapeshifter Brewing focuses on fresh, modern beers, brewed in small batches to ensure the quality of each product.
Shapeshifter prides itself on brewing modern and exciting beers focusing on experimental ingredients or techniques. Products are constantly evolving and changing to offer a unique experience.

Started by two lovers of craft beer

Founders James & Kevin met at TAFE back in 2016 when they studied a certificate III in Food Processing (Microbrewing) under industry expert Stephen Nelsen. James had been a keen homebrewer since 2012 and was dreaming about going pro. Kevin had extensive business experience and was a lover of craft beer. He was looking to team up with a passionate brewer. Together they launched Shapeshifter Brewing Co, with four beers, at a party at the Wheatsheaf Hotel in February 2019.

Future looks beerlicious

Shapeshifter Brewing continues to build its range at the taproom with monthly tap takeovers from a range of excellent Australian and international breweries. There are plenty of beer and food pairing events, live music, and onsite markets happening. They are constantly releasing new beers every week, visiting beer festivals around Australia, and booking in some exciting collaboration brews!
