BarAdvisor had a chance to talk to Chris Cameron, the founder of Naught gins to find out a bit more about spirits and the bar. Naught is a premium gin brand, cocktail bar, and distillery located in Melbournes North Eastern suburbs. Naught produces a range of award-winning gins and has one of the lushest speakeasy bars in Australia. Visiting Naught bar is a must when in Melbourne.
Truly unique
Naught is unique in its approach to creating elegant and approachable gins. With quality being the only goal, Naught delivers smooth textural gins that dance on your palate. There are 3 quality gins in the selection, all being quite distinctive but absolutely delicious.
Started from a kitchen stovetop
Naught started from a love of creating things. It grew from a small kitchen project to a commercial operation after four years and over 300 test distillations. The meticulous nature of its creator meant that it took years to develop the recipe and design for the distillery. Naught bar is a world-class bar perfect to enjoy amazing cocktails, speakeasy vibes, and learn a bit more about gin.
Future looks fun
With lockdowns hopefully behind us, Naught is looking forward to seeing more and more people visiting the bar. With plenty of cool events happening like the Gatsby-themed New Year’s party, there are plenty of reasons to visit.
