The following T&Cs apply:
Reservations are essential and can be made online for up to 20 guests.
The package is pre-paid, and includes an additional transaction fee charged by Open Table.
Cancellations will be accepted until 3pm on the Friday prior to your reservation commencing, and a refund will be offered.
In all circumstances, written notice is required to [email protected]. After this period, the full pre-payment will be withheld as a cancellation fee. This applies to not adhering to the notice policy for a reductions of guests, or cancelling your booking. No shows and change of date will be treated under the same policy.
Seating allocations are made on the day, and are subject to the venue’s discretion.
A 10% surcharge applies to all food and beverage items on Sundays and Public holidays.
The venue is a COVID safe registered business, and has all of the required safety measures in place. The venue maintains the right to ask any patron not adhering to the regulations to leave.
We practice RSA at all times, and will not allow ‘double parking’ of beverages.
