Alcohol and Adication Help Lines

If you feel like you or someone you know is drinking too much and getting addicted to drugs or alcohol, you should contact one of these help services.

Contacting a helpline does not prove that you are weak. Helplines are just a good way of getting back control over yourself.

Alcohol itself is not the problem, there are reasons why you are turning to alcohol. These support networks will help you not use alcohol as the solution.

What is AA?

AA stands for Alcoholics Anonymous, this is a no-profit organization helping people with drinking problems. This is one of the most well know organizations that support people in staying sober.

Help can come in many different forms like a friend, family or organizations.

The main thing is getting help when you start to feel everything is out of control.

The best first point of contact is

They have members all around the world.
