Dog-friendly Bars in Melbourne
Melbourne is a city with lots of different options in the bar/restaurant scene. Another great thing about Melbourne is, that there are plenty of bars that allow dogs. BarAdvisor decided to list a couple of dog-friendly bars we love in Melbourne.
1. Bonehead Brewing
The Bonehead brewing is an industrial-looking taproom and brewery. It’s a dog-friendly venue inside and outside. Enjoy delicious pub meals, a wide range of tap beers, and Victorian wines. It’s a great place to spend an afternoon with your doggie and friends.
2. Nice guys brewery & bar
The nice guys’ brewery & bar is a hip bar and brewery that welcomes dogs. With 25 taps, plenty of wines in the selection, a great atmosphere it’s an awesome place to visit.
3. Newmarket hotel
The Newmarket Hotel in St Kilda is the perfect local for a pub meal or a catch-up. Another great thing is they allow dogs what makes it so much easier to plan a dinner if you have a dog at home.
4. The tipsy cow
The tipsy Cow is a whisky-bar that also loves dogs. Your new local with a wide drink list, fireplace, cozy courtyard and friendly people. What a place to be.
5. Republica
Located right on the beach, Republica is the perfect place if your pup loves the beach. Pop in for a drink or two, dinner, and more. The Republica is a great place to visit on a sunny day and even better- you can bring your furry friend.
6. Arbory
Arbory is located between two Melbourne icons- Flinders st Station and Yarra rivers. It’s a super fun place to spend an afternoon or an evening. The great new is, you can bring your dog to the outdoor area.
7. The Palace Hotel
The Palace Hotel is the perfect local. TVs for sports, pub meals, great drink list. The Palace offers friendly service to humans and dogs, so take your dog for a walk and pop in.
