Instructions
Combine the sugar and orange zest, then rim a chilled cocktail glass.
Gather all Vodka, Contreau, Cranberry Juice, Cranberry Liqueur, Orange Bitters into the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add the orange bitters if desired and shake until well chilled
Strain into the cocktail glass.
