Our Barossa Gin Distillery is home to some of the oldest commercial stills in Australia, including a Coffey Still, of which there are only three in the world.
The Distillery is a celebration of all things spirits, therefore, we spend a lot of time and effort creating some of the finest cocktails in the Barossa. Be guided through the world of Barossa Distilling Co Spirits with our Gin Tasting Paddle Experiences. Enjoy the step-by-step process of tasting our spirits so you can truly appreciate their flavours and the impact of garnishes and mixers on their flavour.
We also offer tasting paddles of our cocktails, but if spirits arent your thing we have local Barossa wines and beers from smaller producers. All are available to enjoy in the historic Barossa bar or our botanical garden seating area outside.
We offer food all day Friday through Sunday from our neighbours Ember Pizza to enjoy in The Distillery.
