The Black Bull Hotel was Adelaides First Permanent Hotel, established in 1838.
The site of this hotel dates back from the earliest days of the colony when the first permanent hotel, the Buffalos head, was constructed in 1838. It first operated from a tent in Buffalo Row, a makeshift community near the River Torrens in the west parklands and was named by the first owner, James Chittleborough (Snr) who came to South Australia aboard the Buffalo in 1836. The hotel was renamed The Black Bull in 1841. The licensee at the time erected the following sign:
€œThe bull is tame, so fear him not, so long as you can pay your shot. When the moneys gone and credit bad, that’s what makes the bull go mad!€

Tinys brings good times to the citys west end, cultivating an inner-city oasis and social centre at one of Perths most iconic architectural buildings, QV1. Tinys opens into a large indoor and courtyard bar area, restaurant, and specialty liquor emporium.
Eclectic food fuels the good times (and there will be many), fresh vegetables and herbs from the kitchens rooftop garden, and protein hits roasted on Tinys custom-made wood-fire grill and rotisserie.
The drink menu offers craft beer, seasonal cocktails and small batch wines, while Tinys Liquor Emporium will serve over 300 wines and a range of spirits.
Tinys is the new meeting place for socialising and entertaining in the CBD.
