ZOZIMUS Bar

Our bar is named in honor of Michael Moran (aka Zozimus), the balladeer and poet who in the early 19th century entertained his public in the streets of Dublin.  He began each oration with the verse:

Ye sons and daughters of Erin,
Gather round poor Zozimus, yer friend;
Listen boys, until yez hear
My charming song so dear.

ZOZIMUS is a bar serving unique food located on the ground floor of Centenary house, Anne's Lane in Dublin, capturing the vibrant and artistic spirit of the area.
Designed by an internationally acclaimed design house, the space recreates an elegant ambiance with indoor and outdoor areas displayed through the use of hand crafted wooden structures, juxtaposed with elaborate glass structures, free hanging lights, and contemporary wooden furniture.

The ZOZIMUS menu delivers iconic and global culinary staples, in addition to featuring locally sourced ingredients. The bar menu features an expansive collection of small-batch spirits, a universal wine offering and a selection of classic and modern cocktails that highlight market fresh ingredients. Signature sips include refined twists on classic cocktails inspired by the bards of Ireland, developed by our creative mixology team.

By night, celebrate with the world's finest wines, champagnes and whiskeys, whilst savoring unique culinary excellence. By day, indulge in light gourmet fare and specialty coffees.
