Fresh sushi fish shipped directly from Hawaii and seafood from the Atlantic Bay, plus upscale dinner menu items like Hibachi grill steaks and Teriyaki Salmon, and your palette is in for a mixed styling of French and Asian cuisine.

Sushi chef Ethan wei Huang, well-known in the New Orleans and Hammond, Louisiana, areas for his award-winning sushi, demonstrates his professional sushi skills taking traditional sushi and fusing it with other cuisine styles. Business partner Lina Lynn, who has been in the restaurant business for 13 years, and Huang have been busy creating culinary cuisines, such as an extensive Cajun Roll or more to be exact like Tuna Tataki under appetizer choices.

At WASABI , customers will experience first-hand diversity of culinary creations, such as the filet mignon roll. Tender chopped filet with secret seasoning warp with snow carb and vegetable, torch till crispy. Traditional sushi, chef specials (new creations), and wasabi traditional will make up the menu choices; in the chef specials, it will use rice paper, soy paper and white seaweed in the rolls. Also have created new sauces to compliment the newer fusion rolls.

WASABI will be a great dining choice for lunch, a post-work gathering spot or even a downtown late night option for drinks and appetizers. An inviting outside patio and courtyard area offer the perfect place for anytime, whether to take a break from your everyday work load or to embrace a long, lazy weekend afternoon or evening.
