The oil in the oil bar has become an inevitable Split address for gastro tourists and those who will only become. Oil Bar is more than a restaurant: in our offer is an extremely rich selection of olive oils, and our staff is educated for the presentation of olive oils and wines. The Oil Bar offer is based on the traditional, contemporary Dalmatian cuisine in an exceptionally attractive space.
Our menu is based on olive oil and autochthonous flavors and largely depends on the availability of fresh, local foods. Specialties such as homemade ice cream with olive oil, bruschetta with sauerkraut and shrimp or sipa on Venetian are some of our bestsellers.
