Meet Ella, General Manager, is always in front of the house making sure that each visit is special for Tuscan's guests. Our Executive Chef/Owner, Koli very passionate  that focuses on providing guests with local, sustainable farming including making menu items from scratch every day and using the best possible local ingredients. His philosophy is the best and freshest produce is what's grown locally, also cooking the healthy way that grandma and grandpa used to cook.
