Happy Spring everyone and Happy SXSW. The Tigress has had a wonderful start this year. In January the team went to San Antonio cocktail conference. I was able to find us a wonderful Airbnb house to stay at, there by realizing my dream of a sleepover, with pancakes in the morning with my staff.
New delicious cocktail recipes continue to pour out of my 2 lovely bartenders. Congrats to Holly Coleman for getting her new line of bitters out there, Bitter Bitch lavender bitters is a product now.
I feel great about the work we are doing at the Tigress. This Spring menu has our first ever Mocktail. Yes, mocktails are a thing we are all sure to see more of; just as tasty as boozy cocktails but without the alcohol.
