On 2nd October 2017, The Rivoli Bar launched its new Autumn/Winter cocktail menu offering innovative cocktails crafted with seasonal ingredients. The team's inspiration come from the design of The Rivoli Bar and the rich history of the hotel.
To craft this new menu, the bar has incorporated creative homemade products such as ginger honey truffle soda, pine syrup, cherry tonic with fresh maraschino cherries. The team also introduced new alcohols such as the incredible Pappy Van Winkles Bourbon 23-year-old, to its already impressive spirit selection.
