Polly was one of the first Cocktail Lounges in Melbourne, Australia, and it continues to supply Melbourne and overseas guests with great cocktails, spirits, beers, and great service and conversation from our experienced and talented bar crew!
Polly is one of Melbourne's first cocktail bars, opening on Brunswick Street in the heart of Fitzroy over 18 years ago. Today, Polly's menu boasts an expansive range of cocktails, customers are encouraged to challenge the bartenders to create new classics or re-invigorate old favourites – no request is too hard.
In addition, Polly has an ever growing assortment of cigars which customers are welcome to take away or enjoy with one of our more exclusive bottles behind the bar.
