The Patty Boland’s Experience
Historically, the ByWard Market area has been a focal point for Ottawa’s Irish and French communities, who made up the majority of workers involved in the construction of the Rideau Canal and the timber trade. These workers lived in Lower Town, an area bounded by the Rideau River and Sussex Street, Clarence Street, and Rideau Street ¢‚¬€œ where Patty Boland’s Irish Pub & Eatery is located today. Our pub is built on that foundation of hard work with Irish and local roots.

We strive to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience with exceptional service, fresh and delicious food and an authentic atmosphere.
