Paters Vaetje is one of the better brown bars under the watchful eye of the cathedral. The barque built in Jugendstil gives an extra touch to the cafe. Once they taped the first kriek of the barrel here! The success of this led to a specialization in beers. Today the range has an extremely wide choice of beers and keeper Vlad watches over the fact that the beer is poured into the right glass according to the rules of art. Every month we serve one new beer from the barrel with text and explanation, going from unknown seasonal beers to stout beers and geuzes. In the summer, our beers refresh the best on the terrace.In the winter, the dark-colored interior ensures cozy security.
