Dalmatia has been a tourism heaven for over a century. However, during that period Split was largely recognized as the transport hub for the beautiful islands in front of it.
It was not up until five or six years ago that Split started realizing its true tourism potential.‚ Accidentally or not, tourism growth in Split coincided with the opening of Wine & Cheese Bar Paradox.‚ At the time Split had very limited options when it came to food & beverage and gourmet gastronomy experience. It was then, back in early 2012, that two friends and wine and gourmet enthusiasts Zoran Pejovi„€¡ and Marko Su„i„€¡ concluded that it was time to change this by opening a first wine and cheese bar in Split, solely focused on promoting Dalmatian wine and delicacies.
Driving idea behind the project was very simple, the one that could be understood as definition of successful hospitality; offer amazing product in a pleasant atmosphere with a smile. Thus, Paradox Wine & Cheese bar entered the Split hospitality scene. Since the early beginning to this date, Paradox remains one of the most prominent and focal points of the Split’s rapidly changing and developing hospitality scene.
