Novus Restaurant was established in July 2010, at the Bagtown Inn Motel as a motel restaurant which is the Best Restaurants in Griffith Australia.
The main reason the restaurant was started was due to Steve Franchi the young chef at Novus who wanted to bring his own flavours to the town of Griffith, the area has a large range of top quality restaurant, hence Novus had to be the most Famous Restaurants in Griffith Australia and at the same time stand ahead of the competition. The name of Novus comes from the Latin term meaning (new, fresh and exciting) with this in mind Steve produced a menu to match our Novus’s name with his modern Australian with an Asian twist ideas.
Novus very quickly became known for supplying a fresh new dining experience, supplying quality products at a reasonable price and friendly service for a good night out. We at Novus believe in using local products wherever possible, hence Steve sources local products to implement into his dishes and we offer only locally procured wines or wines from local Riverina area.
