We are situated on the bustling city centre street Lothian Road in the heart of Edinburgh's financial district, near to the foot of Edinburgh Castle and sandwiched between the stylish West end district and the ever popular Bruntsfield safe to safe we are well placed in the heart of Edinburgh's night life action.

What can you expect when you come to visit us?

We have a huge emphasis on spirits and cocktails at Moriarty we could argue that our spirit selection in comparison to the size of the bar is unrivalled in the city. We stock over 50 Gins which is not just all about numbers we pick our products carefully and have close relationships with a lot of our brands in particular Daffy's Gin and Arbikie our favorites.

Next up is the whisky shelf here we aim to give our customers selection through being able to taste whisky's from all the key areas in Scotland, Lowlands, Highlands, Speyside, Islands and Islay as well round the world whisky from the USA, Ireland and Japan.

Rum is the tipple of choice for our Managers and a spirit you will find in a lot of our cocktails again we are well stocked with over 25 Rums to choose from.

When it comes to beer craft as they call it we prefer the term good beer we have aplenty you will not find many bars with a fridge stocked as well as ours. We have the best in the IPA market from both sides of the Atlantic as well as the best in Belgian and Bavarian beers.

We pride ourselves on quality service and customer interaction with knowledgeable and well trained staff available to offer help and an opinion if you need it.
