Great beer now lives at the airport. Mill Street Brewery, a Toronto based craft brewery and the winner of numerous national and international brewing awards, is now open in Terminal 1. Aiming to produce a variety of beers to suit every taste, their varied menu options include the complex ¢‚¬Å“Tankhouse Pale Ale,¢‚¬ their wholly original ¢‚¬Å“Organic Lager¢‚¬ which uses all natural, certified organic ingredients and the ¢‚¬Å“Mill Street Extra Special Bitter¢‚¬ made with hops imported from England.
As well as their award-winning beer, the Mill Street Brewery Pub offers travelers exceptional pub style food. The new Terminal 1 location pairs menu items with draught beer suggestions for a truly memorable food and drink experience. Customers can enjoy a Port Steak Cobb Salad with Cobblestone stout infused ranch dressing or Beer Drenched Cedar Plank Salmon topped with maple mustard glaze while sipping on the Tankhouse Pale Ale or the Mill Street Helles Bock. Breakfast is also served daily.
