Youre always welcome at the High Tide Public House! Our friendly staff will make you feel right at home, with fantastic customer service and a friendly smile. We have daily fresh sheets that feature delicious seafood, handcrafted cocktails, an extensive wine list, and many local craft beers on tap. If youre not in the mood for something new, we also have your familiar favourites ready to order.
The High Tide Public House is a traditional neighbourhood pub located on 5th Street previously known as Billy D’s Pub & Bistro, the core of downtown Courtenay. Our summer sidewalk patio, open May to October, is the perfect place to stop for lunch after shopping. Were also just minutes from the Sid Williams Theatre to take in an evening performance. Or, bring your friends or co-workers and make a night of it with nightly specials and a chance to enjoy a taste of some of the best live music the Comox Valley has to offer.
The High Tide Social House offers a unique and friendly atmosphere with a variety of seating options to make you feel comfortable. Choose from outdoor seating on our summer sidewalk patio or one of our window seats to get the street view of downtown Courtenay. For more privacy, get comfy in one of our spacious booths, take a seat at the bar, or choose a high table. If youre meeting to celebrate a special occasion, we can also accommodate tables for two, or larger groups in front of our stage area.
