Fix Wine prides ourselves on our hand-picked selection of local and global wines, from small –  often family run – vineyards.
Sommelier, Stuart Knox is passionate about wine lists. He looks for flavour, individuality and personality in his wines. He's been putting great wine lists together in Sydney restaurants for over 15 years, 10 of these at his own Fix Wine Bar + Restaurant (Fix St James). His taste & collections are known for their balanced mix of eclectic & classic varietals.
