Description
The Viking Erik Thorvaldsson best known, probably for his red hats, was a large Norwegian dealer and explorer at the end of the 10th century. Born in the district of Jæren, Rogaland , about 950 AD.
In 982 during one of his many trips, he discovered the island Greenland (Green Land). Island that actively explored looking for suitable places for human settlement. Viking Erik founded numerous Viennese colonies.
Erik was a profound exponent of the explorer spirit and colonizer of the Vikings, who had arrived in Iceland and other European lands with very fragile boats.
The exhausted explorer and avenger, as distant generations of Erik led us to create a space in which, surrounded by a warm and friendly environment we can help all those who come to the shelter to emulate the adventure of Erik the red.
To travel and "conquer" the world is the proposed dream.
