All Daiquiri bar barmen are graduates of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, as well as participants and winners of various bar competitions. Bar-manager of the institution - Grigory Grigoryev in 2014 was recognized as the "Best Bartender" in the governmental contest "Best in Profession".
