IRISH BEEF
Irish Beef is world renowned for it's superior taste and quality.
OUR Rainy CLIMATE
Although a pain in the ass, our rainy climate is perfect for growing the best grass. That in turn makes our beef taste so good.
ONE BUTCHER
We only use one butcher, Mr. Rick Higgins, a 4th generation butcher. He uses the finest traditional methods and hangs our beef for 35 days. He then hand cuts and delivers to us daily.

To complete your Brookwood experience, our expert bar tenders are always on hand, ready to serve you the finest cocktails made from the best of ingredients.  We also have a fantastic range of Irish craft beers and our wine list has been lovingly created with something for all tastes buds.
