Description
La Conga in Mexicali, in 1982, Don José Angulo opens the doors of the La Conga bar, which is known throughout the city for a drink based on beer , clamato and spices: La Chabela.
This drink, which was authored by Don José, grew out of his experience working in different bars in the city of Mexical, where his clients ordered a refreshing drink to mitigate the heat; his ingenuity led him to create La Chabela, a drink that today can be tasted in all the bars of the city but none like those of La Conga.
