Bringing the party since 1999, this is hands down one of Edinburgh's most loved wee bars, located in between Edinburgh's Cowgate and the Grassmarket, just at the bottom of Victoria Street!
Think Coyote Ugly vs. Dusk til Dawn and you get the gist - what you see is what you get and we wouldn't have it any other way! Cheap drinks, and constant party vibes. On a normal weeknight in Bar Salsa we play a variety of music including R&B, Hip Hop & throw in some Commercial Chart for good measure! At the weekends we really know how to party and you'll hear everything we'd play during the week but include out collection of Chart hits throughout the years, some Dance music, and general tunes that never fail to get everyone in the mood for a good night!
