Cape Fear Restaurant Equipment is a family-owned and -operated business that has had the privilege to serve the restaurant community in Wilmington and surrounding areas for nearly 20 years. Founded in 2000 by Scott Williams, Cape Fear Restaurant Equipment began as a hood installation provider before adding the sale and installation of new and used restaurant equipment to the business.
As the City of Wilmington grew, so did the restaurant industry and the need for an honest and knowledgeable friend to help business owners navigate the world of restaurant equipment—something the area was lacking. It was during that time that Scott and his team decided to focus more on new and used equipment and transition away from hood installation.
In 2008, Scott’s son Josh joined the team full time, making it a family affair. Since then, Scott and Josh—with the help of their team—have grown Cape Fear Restaurant Equipment into a leading supplier of new and used equipment for southeast North Carolina. The Cape Fear Restaurant Equipment team is well-known and well-liked in the restaurant community because of their extensive knowledge of the industry and their commitment to customer service.
