In the heart of Springwood in the Blue Mountains,‚ we have combined the best of both worlds ¢‚¬€œ cozy‚ cafe by day and contemporary restaurant and bar by night. We absolutely delight in sharing awesome food and drink (whether your preference is coffee, wine, cocktails or beer ¢‚¬€œ we also do a mean milkshake!) with our visitors, both local and from afar. If you are after a place to relax in a warm and inviting atmosphere, alongside live music most evenings, then The Bunker is your place. We can’t wait to meet you.
Our food philosophy is all about supporting our local producers and we have specifically designed our menus to utilise all of the fresh produce that is available to us in the area and surrounds. Enjoy a delicious breakfast (available until 5pm), lunch or dinner teamed with a cup of‚ Vittoria’s highest quality blend coffee‚ or a sneaky beverage.
If you choose to join us in the evenings, you’ll find yourself relaxing to live music, no matter what night of the week. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine ¢‚¬€œ we have over twenty different wines from all over Australia to complement any meal, (though they’re equally as enjoyable on their own) ¢‚¬€œ or a cocktail, especially on a Friday night when our special is on the menu.
