Schileens Pub is proudly owned by a third-generation Schillig. The origin of this successful restaurant family started on the Black Horse Pike in Mt. Ephraim (“Schillig’s Black Horse Farm”, Sophie & Frank Schillig, Proprietors). The Hideaway on Kressan Road in Cherry Hill was one of the finest eateries in the Delaware Valley, owned by my mother & stepfather, Floss & Irv Morrow. Schillig’s, located on Clements-Bridge Road, Runnemede, established itself as quite the night spot, with hosts John & Pat Schillig Sr. We promise to continue the tradition! The name “Schileens” was created from a true working partnership between “Schill” (John Schillig, Jr.) and his wife “Eileen” (Eileen McGurk-Schillig).
