Situated in the railway arches of Deansgate, Atlas Bar has been a Manchester icon for two decades, and has matured into an elegant, quality bar specialising in gins from around the world; over 380 at the last count!
Winner of Best Spirits Bar North West and Best Bar Team North West in The Great British Pub Awards alongside the Design My Night Best Beer Garden Award.
Recently refurbished, Atlas still has the quirky individualism that made it the go-to bar of the likes of ‘Mr Manchester’, Tony Wilson, but now adds to that some amazing products and experiences, friendly authentic service and a huge terrace which is fully heated and covered to be used in all weathers.
We are a family run, independent, quality bar, aiming to offer the best products in relaxed surroundings in a non-pretentious way.
Breakfast
Atlas is open from 8am Monday to Friday serving delicious breakfast options, barista served own blend coffee and premium teas. Don’t have the time to eat in? You can also get your coffee and breakfast to go.
Food
We have just launched the new Spring Lunch menu from Head Chef Ross Parker [ex Arbutus/Harvey Nichols]. Classics and Gin based nibbles are a plenty, as well our usual Soup & Sandwich Lunch Express deal! We serve food daily right through until 3pm and our bar snacks menu is available all day every day!
Private Events
Private events are also our speciality. From small buffets to large corporate events we have both the space and the expertise to create the perfect event, for you, not forgetting the huge terrace outside that can also be booked exclusively.‚ You can enjoy our fantastic Terrace BBQ menu or our new ‘Garden Party’ package – in all weathers!‚ You can see our packages on our events page.

Our gin selection is ever growing, with a new gin released every week. Some of our latest additions are Cuckoo, a local gin from Chorley, NEAT gin, created by the actor Adam Woodyatt and his lovely wife Bev., Peaky Blinders and Clover.
